For whistleblowers
In order to fulfill the obligations imposed by the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law, we provide you with an internal channel in the form of the form below, through which you can report violations of applicable law.
The list of persons entitled to report violations, the categories of matters that may be reported, as well as the procedure for reporting, reviewing, and taking follow-up actions, along with the conditions for ensuring the protection of whistleblowers against retaliation, have been defined in our Whistleblowing Regulations (Whistleblowing Regulations of METALTECH sp. z o.o. and Whistleblowing Regulations of METALTECH PIASECKI sp. z o.o.). Before submitting a report, please familiarize yourself with the content of the relevant regulations applicable to the given entity.
The entity to which you are reporting a legal violation is the Controller of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller or ADO).
